Our History

After 40 years of experience within the industry, Michael V. Clark co-founded UAH Property Management in 2002. What began as a small, family operated company with fewer than 100 units under management has blossomed into a thriving organization. Over the past ten years UAH has experienced significant growth, primarily as a result of client referrals. Our current portfolio exceeds 12,000 units, has an operational footprint that spans ten states, and employs over 400 full time professionals. The success of UAH Property Management is heavily rooted in our core values, our extremely talented team members, and our continued dedication to service excellence.

UAH Property Management specializes in the management of affordable housing communities. These communities vary greatly in age, size, and geographical location. Many of the communities within the portfolio have been financed with a variety of public housing programs including low income housing tax credits, bonds, conventional financing, and a multitude of specialized HUD programs.

UAH Property Management is committed to meeting the affordable housing needs of the communities we serve. This includes creating strong relationships with the local housing authorities and the management of their public housing assets. As a result of this mission, we have developed a team of highly specialized professionals that understand the complex financial arrangements and unique reporting requirements.

At request of clients in 2011, UAH Property Management began providing services to luxury, rental communities (conventional). These luxury communities are an emerging market for UAH and are expected to compose an increasing percentage of the portfolio in the future.
